Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Generally, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes. If you contact us immediately there is a possibility we can make changes if production has not yet started. 

Where is my order?
Your order should arrive within 1-3 weeks. In your confirmation email, you can click View Your Order and you will have the option to Track Your Order with Shop. If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please contact us with your order details.

What do I do if I've received the wrong item?
Please contact us providing your order number and details. 


Why does my order say it's been delivered, but not all products are shipped at the same time?
We partner with multiple print companies to offer you a wide selection of unique products. Due to this, your order may consist of items that are fulfilled by different print companies. As a result, the shipping process for each product can vary, leading to differences in delivery times.

When you receive a notification stating that your order has been delivered, it indicates that at least one item has reached its destination. However, rest assured that any remaining items from your order will be shipped separately and should arrive shortly thereafter.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship products to Canada, United States and Europe.

How long does shipping take?
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to ship. 

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CND. 
Shipping rates range between $12-$20 based on the product and your location. You will be able to see shipping rates on the last page of the checkout process.

Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as custom and Import policies vary from country to country.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Play, Interac and Paypal.

I'm experiencing problems paying, what should I do?
Oh no! Please try an alternative payment method or contact us and we will help you as soon as we can!

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?
No, you can only use one promo code per order. 

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Can I return/exchange an item?
We only return or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return or exchange a damaged item please contact us with your order number and details.

I purchased a product and now it's in the sale, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. However, if you email us with your order number and the details of the offer, we will give you a code to receive the same discount towards your next purchase.

I'm having trouble signing in to my account, what should I do?
Oh no! Please try resetting your password initially. If this still doesn't work please contact us with your account details and we'll try to help!
 
Do I need to set up an account to make an order?
No, if you do not want to set up an account with us, you have the option to checkout as a guest. All we'll need is your contact and shipping information!
